Round steak - 8oz
Chowmein noodle wel pac - 3oz
Stir fry sauce - eyeballed
Mushrooms,onions,bell peppers

Seasonings - salt , black pepper, chili powder , garlic powder

Once you understand nutrition, it becomes a lot easier
