During the day, you can catch one of the taxi boats located in front of the Mlinar bakery (the destination you’re heading to is Stipanska, and it is usually indicated on the boats, but you can also ask the boatmen). The transportation cost is 10 EUR per person and is valid for a round trip (meaning you pay once for both the trip there and back, so make sure to keep the ticket receipt you receive when paying). The boats depart every 20 minutes from the city of Hvar and return on the hour. For the night transfer to Carpe Diem Beach, you can find the boat in front of Carpe Diem Bar on the waterfront. The boats operate from Carpe Diem Beach to the city of Hvar from midnight to 5 a.m., and the transfer cost is included in the nightclub admission ticket.

The dress code for Carpe Diem Bar has always been smart casual – classy, yet relaxed. It’s good to know that it’s not possible to spend the entire day at Carpe Diem Beach since the team needs some time to transform the beach bar into a nightclub. Therefore, the club temporarily closes at 10 p.m. and reopens its doors at midnight. There are no prepared moorings for boats in the bay. There is an ATM on the island, but you can also make payments with cards.
