This is ME - Painting a spoon for May 12th, World ME day

May 12th is World ME day. The Belgian 12ME foundation has organized an awareness campaign for the disease ME/CFS. In this episode I take part in that campaign by painting a spoon.
A while ago I got diagnosed with ME myself. In this video while you can watch me paint, I explain shortly what the campaign is about, including the spoon theory, and what ME and PEM exactly is. I also talk shortly about the misunderstandings of this disease.
Unfortunately I can’t include all the information there is about ME in this particular video. Therefore I added some links with additional information you can find down below.
