In order to complete BARBUTA and obtain a cherry disc, you must defeat the final boss with 6 eggs (lives) remaining. Even if you lose eggs during the playthrough, you can purchase more for 100 cash per egg right before the final boss. If you encounter the floating skull enemy at any point, just reload the room until it leaves.

Items obtained in this playthrough:
Umbrella (Protects you from green slime droplets)
Necklace (Activates moving platforms)
Key (Grants access to final boss)
Pin (Allows destruction of bubble blocks)
Old Rod (Increases range of basic attack)
