🥸🤦🏻‍♀️ Two ways to remove nasal foreign bodies:

🏠 #1- Mother's Kiss:
Lay the child flat. Close the unaffected nostril (the side that does not have the foreign object). With the child's mouth open, give a big breath (like in CPR). This will force air through the open side of the nose and help to push out the object.

👩🏻‍⚕️🩺. #2- ENT Doctor (or other qualified medical professional).:
You will need a nasal speculum, headlight and ear curette (as in used for ear wax). Bend the tip of the currette backward to make a hook. Slide the ear curette along the floor of the nose. Once past the object, raise it slightly and pull it out. This usually works because the most common place to have a nasal foreign body is between the middle turbinate and the septum.
