DIY Budget Retrofit Headlights - 3rd gen 4runner

This video will cover everything you need to know to build a $200.00 ish retrofit headlight for your vehicle. The headlight we will be using is a 1999 Toyota 4Runner headlight that will fit any third-generation 4runner. These techniques will also work with other vehicles.

This video was probably the hardest and took me the longest to shoot and edit. I wasn’t sure how long to make it and I had to cut out a lot of sections just to make this watchable. I hope I give you enough information to do it yourself but if you have any questions feel free to ask them down below and I’ll hopefully get to them as soon as I can. Keep in mind this is a budget build so it’s not gonna have all the bells and whistles as other retrofits. You could probably adapt some higher in parts to make it your own but my goal was to provide a how-to video for those of us that like creating and building their own modifications.

LED Harness
OK, so I believe I figured it out. I went with HID so I never tried installing LEDs, but I believe if you buy this harness and Cut the H10 Female connector and replace it with 2 Spade Connector it will work. Now again, I haven’t tried this so it’s not 100% certain it will work, but I believe it should.
