Ingredients:

1 kg All Purpose Flour but ( 600 gm use )
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
Water
apply oil
500gm Chicken Mince
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
10-12 Garlic cloves
1 inch Ginger - crushed
5-6 Green Chilli - crushed
3 Onion - chopped and squeeze out its water
1 small cabbage - chopped and squeeze out its water
add boiled chicken Mince
1 & 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
1 tsp chicken masala
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 big carrot-crushed
1 small capsicum-chopped
chopped green onion
Salt to taste
1 tsp soya sauce
1 & 1/2 tsp Vinegar
Coriander leaves
dry flour
make slurry with flour & water
Oil for frying
