Hello, if we’re just meeting my name Esteban Gonzalez, a licensed massage therapist with over two decades of prenatal experience and a passion for teaching safe and effective care for pregnant clients. Today’s demonstration focuses on the legs and hips, using a specially designed bolster system by Earthlite to allow for safe, prone position massage during pregnancy and inclined positioning using a large wedge pillow. We’ll move through calm, deliberate strokes, gradual pressure, and secure ROM that respects the body changes pregnancy brings. This video is part of my ongoing effort to re‑educate therapists toward evidence-based prenatal care that honors the mother’s body and the baby’s wellbeing.
