How to Attach a Garmin Varia (or any Garmin Mount) to a Saddlebag

In this video I demonstrate how to attach a Garmin mount to the back of my saddlebag, which in turn allows me to attach my Garmin Varia RTL515 radar rear light to the back of my bike.

This methodology should work for any mount system that uses a rubber band.
