My go to morning drink is not coffee or tea but Yerba mate. I am regularly drinking mate for over 7 years. I even have a small collection of materos. One day I come up with idea – how about doing nalewka from yerba. I checked this strange idea in Internet and found out that someone already tried this. That only confirm this crazy idea. So, let’s do YERBA homemade alcohol!

Ingredients:
Yerba mate: Pajarito – 250g.
Liter and half of spirit – 95% of alcohol
two liters of water
A handful of mint
Honey ~ 200 ml one glass
