NASCAR Classic Series FIRST Race: Vintage Stock Cars Officially Home! (VIR Road Course)

The Historic Stock Car Racing Association (HSCRA) has been operating under the vintage race events hosted by HSR and SVRA for many years now in varying numbers. In recent years the interest in the Gen 4 NASCAR race car platform has grown so much that NASCAR itself has taken notice and officially created the NASCAR Classic division! This group will serve as a support race for some NASCAR Cup Series road course race and IMSA race weekends! This particular event is the very first one to carry the banner in conjunction with the IMSA race at Virginia International Raceway. Is this the beginning of something great?
