From Season 17 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 18: The Boy from Dead Man's Bayou, Part 1 which originally aired on February 7th, 1971. A murky and mysterious Louisiana bayou is the setting for this tale of a missing sliver bell and the dangers two boys face in recovering it. Years earlier a hurricane had ripped the bell loose from a church steeple and hurled it into Dead Man's Bayou, where a giant alligator lies in wait for those who would dive for it.
