Nasu Highland Park would be the first new park I’d visit opn my trip to Japan. It has a good variety of coasters but is most famous for Big Boom, a coaster with a near vertical drop that was sadly closed when I visited.

The coasters I did ride were good fun though and I was joined by a TV crew from a Japanese show called “Why Did You Come to Japan?” They would later produce an episode about my trip but it was certainly weird having a film crew follow me about!
