Fight that burn with this intense 5 minute dumbbell core workout targeting your upper abs, middle abs and lower abs! You only need a pair of dumbbells so you can do this abs workout right at home or at the gym. All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this ab workout circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your core training day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume abs focused core workout with dumbbells. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay right on track and follow along.
