These are the first Steel Cage matches of WWE wrestlers. Part 2. Cody Rhodes’ first steel cage match was in March 2009 against Triple H in a non-title match. The match was more like a torture for Randy Orton, where Triple H hit Cody with the Sledgehammer to win the match in 2 minutes. Triple H’s first was as Hunter Hearst Helmsley at Summerslam 1997 against Mankind, which was his first as well. Mankind was about to escape the cage but he changed his mind, climbed back and hit Hunter with an elbow drop just to escape and win the match after. In September 2004, Kane faced Randy Orton in a non-title match, where Randy hit Kane with a low blow, ending in a DQ. Triple H came out and signaled for the steel cage to be lowered. Eric Bischoff came out, agreed with Triple H and put Randy in his first steel cage match against Kane. Randy hit Kane with a chair and followed by the RKO. Triple H stopped Randy from escaping, who then hit him with the door to win the match. Kane’s was as Isaac Yankem in October 1995 against Bret Hart, where Bret escaped the cage to win the match.
