Trains at Gatwick Airport, BML - 22/6/19

Welcome to the latest episode of Big Trip! Today I am at Gatwick Airport located on the Brighton Main Line where services are seen by Govia Thameslink Railway in the brands of Southern, Thameslink and Gatwick Express and Great Western Railway.

Gatwick Airport was a brilliant station. Again, this is a re-visit from last year same as Redhill is. The station had a lot to offer with Electrostars galore and other traction during the video too. I like how this station is built as it integrates in with the actual airport itself located in the South Terminal with frequent shuttles to its North Terminal. The views were great but some were a little restricted with the fencing at the ends of each platforms but nonetheless, the views are very good. There's also an easy chance to plane spot here at this station as flights take off and you can see them just after they take off at the Brighton end of the station. My filming here was fun and the station was enjoyable throughout, this station never ceases to amaze me. Certainly recommended but who doesn't know about this station...
