These are the Amazon Basics Fiber Gummies. Formerly known as the Amazon brand Solimo.
You get 2 grams of soluble fiber in each gummy.

The type of fiber in these gummies is Inulin, which is from chicory root.
Inulin is a common type of fiber used in Fiber gummies.

These are the best tasting fiber gummies I have tried, they're rich in flavor! I didn't realize how good they were until I tried other fiber gummies, haha.
