Nikon Coolpix P1000 vs Panasonic Lumix FZ1000...wait!! what happened????

Unlike most Youtube camera reviews this one went sideways in a hurry. I swear I wanted the P1000 to be fantastic..but a true scientific creative review process showed this may be Nikon's biggest turkey ever. What should be an amazing camera is in fact shackled by bad ergonomics (weighs a ton, tripod mount in wrong spot), poor menu (few settings, a spelling mistake! and never returns to where you left it) , inadequate sensor, (once you've tasted a 1" sensor, hard to go back to a weany 1/2.3") appalling remote app (not even a video record button assuming you've been lucky enough to connect) and marginal full zoom performance (soft, and only f8 yikes,,, better have LOTS of light). Watch those other enthusiastic youtube raves and then this review. I can't believe many don't mention this stuff, they are so in love with the mega zoom. Pictures of the moon...really? How many do you need of those? I bought this camera, and, a first for me, I'm returning it. Find out why. Maybe I'll save you money...
