The Halifax Citadel is a large tourist attraction in Halifax, Nova Scotia. However, visitors don't just go for the people in uniform and the fantastic history, they also go for the ghost. The spirit of Cassie Allen has allegedly haunted the grounds for many years. She is seen by employees, security guards and visitors on multiple occasions.
