A beautiful day in the Annecy valley, taking off at Planfait, climbing at Bluffy to the top of the teeth and crossing ovee to Chaques de Thones before heading to Sulens and onto the south west end of the Aravis near Marlens. Crossing the valley at Marlens to Belle Etoit before joining the Bauges Easterly ridge and trying to punch south into the valley wind (for some bizarre logic-less reason!). Finally baled at Le Villard after 4 hours in the air and a wonderful experience.
