Ravi, a bachelor, is in search of a place to stay as a tenant. He finally finds a place. Just above his flat stays a man with his daughter Indu. Indu's father is addicted to cards and always plays for money. Indu is a Music Teacher. In the School, the Headmistress advices Indu that she should not bow down to males and women should be independent. Ravi and Indu fall in love and get married. Soon problems arise and they part ways. Will they be united again?
