Participants are asked to pay PKR 500 to join daily 40-minute sessions starting November 8, aimed at indoctrinating women with jihadist ideology. Sources say JeM is rebuilding its financial and operational networks after suffering heavy losses in India’s Operation Sindoor. Security experts warn this marks a strategic shift that women may now be drawn into combat and suicide missions, mirroring ISIS and Boko Haram tactics. The move also highlights Pakistan’s continued tolerance of terror infrastructure despite global pressure.
