The Police briefly arrested Independent candidate in the Kyadondo East by-election, Robert Kyagulanyi also known as Bobi Wine on the final day of campaigns. This after a dispute over plans by Bobi Wine and his supporters to hold a rally at Kasangati SASE grounds. The police however insisted he would be flouting the Electoral commission guidelines, should he go ahead to do so
