Almonds 1/2 cup
Cooking oil 2 tbsp ( for frying almonds) and 4 tbsp (for preparing chicken)
Chicken 1/2 kg boneless
Salt 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp( for mariantion)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Carrots 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Onions 1/2 cup
Chicken stock 2 cups
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp + (1 tsp in marinated chicken)
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp +(1 tsp in marinated chicken)
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
