In this video, I share a personal testimony about learning to discern the flesh—recognizing when anxiety, fear, and emotional triggers are rising—and then choosing to walk in the Spirit by setting my mind on the things of the Spirit (Romans 8:5–6).

Through a real moment with my wife, I experienced how not yielding to the flesh but listening to the still small voice of the Holy Spirit brought peace, healing, and better communication. This is a practical example of how the law of the Spirit of life brings freedom in our everyday Christian walk.

📖 Romans 8:5-6 —

"For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace."
