Let's look at the best sneakers and footwear for 2025 - both affordable and luxury brands are putting out similar styles, giving us lots of choice for getting the looks we want. Sportswear brands like Adidas, New Balance and Asics for example have ranges of form-fitting sneakers with slim midsoles; Dries Van Noten, Loewe, and Margiela are doing the same.
We also see a growing wave of different types of smarter footwear, as well as a movement towards the exact opposite.
