Join me on a journey through Murano,, starting with a visit to the Romanesque Basilica of Santa Maria e Donato. This stunning basilica hosts magnificent Byzantine mosaics from the 12th century, a testament to the rich history of Venice.

Next, we’ll stroll through the Museo del Vetro (Glass Museum), where we’ll explore the exquisite glass art that Murano is renowned for.

As the day progresses, I’ll prepare for a special evening featuring a modern interpretation of Venetian cuisine at a delightful cooking show.

Our adventure continues as we embark on a small boat to navigate the narrow Venetian canals at night. We’ll discover hidden gems and admire the breathtaking fireworks of the Redentore Feast in Venice. The San Marco Bay and Giudecca Canal will be filled with boats from all over, celebrating this spectacular event.

Finally, we’ll pass under the iconic Rialto Bridge and make our way back to Murano, reflecting on the day’s experiences and the mesmerizing fireworks.
