Recipe:


Filling
2 (300g) chicken breasts
2 carrots
1 yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 leek or spring onion


Rice papers


Dipping sauce
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbp red wine vinegar
1 tsp chilli oil

a bit of lime zest





Directions:


1. On high heat, stir-fry chicken and vegetables with fish sauce as the seasoning.


2 dip the rice paper in some water, then place filling on the rice paper and fold into spring roll shapes.


3. Spray a light coating of cooking spray insight the air fryer, then air fry at 200C/400F for 15 minutes.


4. Add in all the ingrediens for the dipping sauce, then give it a mix.


5. Take the spring rolls out of the air fryer, then dunk them in the sauce and enjoy!
