Forging a KATANA out of Rusted steel SPRING.
This is probably our longest project. We decided to make a katana sword with a minimum of power tools. The katana was hand-forged from a steel spring and oil-hardened with coating. The blade slopes were previously forged by hand, then ground on stones ... (this is a very long time). After hardening, the manual finishing of the blade took two days ... And the whole process of making the sword took two weeks. At the end of the video on tests, you can see that the katana turned out to be very sharp ...
