This is an exercise that I often do where I make a video about nothing at all!!! Basically, how interesting can you make it? It was a double whammy, because I also wanted an excuse to try out the Action 5 Pro properly, without trying to compensate for what I feel its problems might be. I was pleasantly surprised because a lot of these shots were in really poor lighting as well as bright sun.

I've been watching a lot of vlogs where people literally talk in some cases, for an HOUR. The camara barely moves. The content is basically what they are saying. So the video works or fails basically based on what they're saying and whether it's interesting.

Personally, I find them a hard watch because most of them are unprepared and they tend to wander around all over the place, in the name of vlogging!! Each to their own I guess.

Since I'm an old geezer, I often film daft, everyday things to test out cameras and bits, but I also use the footage to see whether I can edit it into something cohesive. It's a great exercise to do and improves your video making very quickly.
