I PUT A HONEY FACE MASK ON EVERYDAY FOR 3 WEEKS AND THIS IS WHAT IT DID TO MY SKIN

I used #honeyfacepack for 3 weeks and in this video i show you how and my results. For the honey face mask I used #manukahoney as there a lot of benefits in it but you can also use #rawhoney

After using the honey face mask at first the only immediate difference i noticed in my skin was that it was so soft! But over the 3 weeks i noticed some of my texture disappeared too. My main skin concern was the dark spots/scars i had on my forehead and they didnt really seem to fade but i think i'd have to use the honey for longer to see any effects on that.

I left the honey on my face for 3 hours every day, you can leave it on for less time but i read online that it takes 3 hours for the enzymes in honey to be released.

Honey has so many benefits for the skin. For example, honey is a natural antibacterial and anti inflammatory and so is very effective for fighting against acne as it can reduce redness and swelling.

Raw honey can help unclog pores while at the same time delivering moisture to parched skin. It can be easily washed away with water, leaving you soft and glowing skin. As raw honey can crystallize over time the small granules can act as an exfoliant. They can break down when they come in contact with water and the heat of your skin which makes a gentler scrub.
