All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Ghee or Butter 2 tbsp
Water

For samosa filling
Boil potatoes 2 cups
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Green chilli Chopped 1
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Roasted and crushed zeera 1/2 tsp
