how to solve the puzzle in this level
as soon as you head over to The puzzle the wheels stops spinning so you can Begin the Puzzle

you have 4 levers each lever locks the symbols so you can spin the symbols depending on which wheel your spinning Lock 3 and begin working on the first one


the Notebook you get from Carvier's apartment already has 2 clues given to you for the 1st symbol and 4th so take a look at the Notebook

the other two symbols you get are in this Level but it's not in the Notebook
look at the items in your inventory if you didn't get it clime up to the top where the Guards were and pick it up from there

lock each symbol as soon as you have it Done that's Very important

the first Symbol looks Like a moon
once you have that Done lock that symbol and unlock the Second symbol wheel

the second symbol looks more Like the Unown Pokémon in my opinion if you don't know what that is look it up on Google images and again lock it once you have it in place

3rd one looks Like a circle


the 4th one looks more Like a Heart

once you have everything in place the mechanism should open up for you
