Kid Rock just walked into the United States Senate and did what no other celebrity would dare. He told the truth about Ticketmaster. He exposed the entire rigged system. And he did it by saying three words that explain why every other artist stays silent. I ain't scared.

This segment from the Next News Network show RAW FEED hosted by Gary Franchi captures every moment of Kid Rock's explosive testimony before the Senate Commerce Committee. He told Congress he is beholden to no one. No record companies. No managers. No corporate endorsements or deals. That is why he could stand there and call out 30 years of abuse while your favorite celebrities read scripts written by their handlers.

Kid Rock reminded the Senate that Pearl Jam sat in those same seats 30 years ago warning about ticketing abuse. In 2009 Congress was told the Live Nation Ticketmaster merger would benefit fans and lower costs. The CEO called it an experiment. Kid Rock called it what it really was. A monopoly dressed up as innovation. The experiment failed miserably. Independent venues have been crushed. Artists have lost all leverage. Fans are now paying more than ever before.

Senator Marsha Blackburn is leading the charge with the Fans First Act. The bill would require full disclosure of fees and ticket locations. It would strengthen the law banning bots and set serious penalties for violations. The FTC revealed that from 2019 to 2024 hidden fees totaled over 16 billion dollars. That is billion with a B. Kid Rock demanded Congress subpoena the contracts between artists promoters venues and ticketing companies because he says they will find mountains of fraud and abuse buried inside.

Kid Rock proposed a simple solution. A 10 percent cap on resale ticket prices. He pointed out it already works across Europe. He said artists should control who sells their tickets and how they are sold. What other business in America does not control its own inventory. He called out ticketing lobbyists for pushing fake reforms as cover while fighting to keep the entire system rigged against American fans.

The moment that said everything was when Kid Rock declared he warned the Live Nation CEO directly. He told him when President Trump got back in office he was coming for him on tickets. The CEO said go for it. So here we are now.
