Ingredients 🛒
300 gm chicken (boiled & shredded) 🍗
1 onion (sliced) 🧅
1/2 cabbage (sliced) 🥬
2–3 bell peppers / capsicum (julienned) 🫑
3 carrots (julienned) 🥕
4 garlic cloves (finely chopped) 🧄
3 green chillies (finely chopped) 🌶️
6–7 spring onions (chopped, whites & greens separate) 🌱
Dill 🌱
2 tbsp oil 🛢️
1 tsp white pepper ⚪
1/2 tsp black pepper powder (or 1 tsp red chilli powder) 🌶️
1/2 tsp MSG (optional) ✨
1 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
2 tbsp green chilli sauce 🌶️🥄
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) 🦪
Salt to taste 🧂

Preparation Method 🍳

1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, and the white part of spring onions. Sauté until fragrant. 🌟🧄🌶️
2. Add onions and stir-fry until slightly soft and translucent. 🧅✨
3. Toss in carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers. Cook on high heat for 2–3 minutes to keep them crunchy. 🥕🥬🫑🔥
4. Add shredded chicken and mix well 🍗🍳
5. Season with white pepper, black pepper, salt, MSG (if using), soy sauce, green chilli sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes. 🍶🌶️🔥
6. Finish with the green part of spring onions and give everything a final toss 🌱✨

NOTE 📝
It takes about 20–25 minutes to make around 20 spring rolls. 🥢

Let the filling cool slightly before wrapping into spring roll sheets and frying or air-frying until golden and crispy. 🥢🔥✨
