I got on a tangent restoring HP 85's to use as lab equipment controllers. These machines are such a classic milestone in micro-computer design. It's the scientific "Macintosh" of the pre-PC area.
Could not resist to acquire a plotter for it, which I was able to restore. I love the older gantry-style ones, which are so much more fun to watch than the later cheaper ones that move the paper. Here is a demo.
