So here, we present to you our Independence Day special recipe of "Instant Tiranga Dosa".
And as we have made this recipe for this special occasion, we have given it a twist by adding the colors with veggies which makes this Dosa more healthy and tasty.
We have used Carrots for Saffron color and Spinach leaves for Green color. No Artificial Food color has been used which makes it a healthy option for your appetite!

🔶 INGREDIENTS:

• Suji/Sooji(Semolina) - 1 cup
• Chawal Ka Atta(Rice Flour) - 2 tablespoons
• Atta(Whole Wheat Flour) - 2 tablespoons
• Dahi(Sour Curd) - 1/2 cup
• Salt - According to your taste
• Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon
• Water - 1/2 cup
• Orange carrots - 2 nos.
• Spinach leaves - 1 cup
• Oil - As required
