Tilapia Fish Cake! Chả Cá Rô Phi dễ làm thơm ngon!

Ingredients:
2 lbs of Tilapia fillet - wash well with salt water then pat dry with paper towel
1 tbsp of seasoning powder
1 tbsp of fish sause or can substitute with another tbsp of seasoning powder
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of alsa baking powder
3 stalks of green onion - finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
3 cloves of shallot - finely chopped
3 tbsp of tapioca starch

Hôm nay mình chia sẽ đến cả nhà món chả cá làm bằng cá rô phi nhé! 2 pounds cá rô phi, 1 muỗng bột nêm, 2 muỗng nước mắm, 1 tea spoon tiêu, hành lá, bột nổi, 2 tép tỏi, 2 củ hành hương, 3 đến 4 muỗng canh bột năng. Chúc cả nhà thành công nhé!
