Despite challenges, including the COVID-19 lockdown which left the farm unguarded for months, the underwater greenhouses endured and reopened stronger than ever.

'Nemo’s Garden' is proving to be more than just a farm. It’s a hub for eco-tourism, fish farming, seaweed cultivation, and marine research. The facility has even contributed to the local marine ecosystem, with seahorses appearing in previously unexplored areas. With global food security under threat and climate instability looming, these underwater farms could offer a sustainable food source for coastal communities.
