Anti-Taliban led by Afghan leader Ahmed Shah Massood having been gaining strength in areas surrounding Kabul on Sunday 20/07) and Monday 21/07). The anti-Taleban militia's have strengthened their presence in
four provinces Parwan, Kapiso, Kunduz and Badghis.
