Aloo paratha / Stuffed paratha is easy to make recipe which can be made quickly and is quite filling due to the seasoned potato being used as a filling !!. Make sure the aloo parathas are cooked over a medium heat so that they get cooked evenly without getting burnt. I like to use equal quantities of dough and potato filling in my aloo parathas. Also make sure the potatoes are well mashed so make sure they form a even layer. This aloo paratha does not require any complicated side dishes and can be served with some thick curd/ sour cream and can also be served with pickle.
