Hydrogen Proton Tennis Ball Machine experiencing the "beep of death". The flywheel spins up to speed but when it comes to shooting the ball, the proton beeps and either aborts the drill or just doesn't shoot. The ball carousel works fine and loads the ball properly.

I've done the following troubleshooting steps:
Entered debug mode and confirmed that all of the motors are working (flywheels, up/down, sideways, and the carousel)
Tried firmware v3 and v4.
Confirmed that the "ball in slot" LED lights up, signaling that a ball is detected.
Tried various drills, built-ins, and manual mode (manual mode is shown in the video)
