Axe FX Ultra \ 5 Guitars: Is there a difference?

My first time making some actual original content. I decided to try and see if there was much of a difference between 5 different guitars. The same exact settings were used on all tracks, and the only difference was the guitars (and of course I played each track section seperately, so there me be slight discrepencies in playing during each).

Epiphone Les Paul Silverburst
Jackson Flying V
