It is Week 1 of Season 1 2026 on iRacing and I am racing the new Porsche 911 Cup 992.2 in the Porsche Cup Series at Miami International Autodrome! I will be racing in the iRacing Porsche Cup Fixed and Open Setup Series. The iRacing Porsche Cup - Fixed by CONSPIT Series are fixed setup races and at Miami are 13 laps in length. The iRacing Porsche Cup by CONSPIT Series are open setup races and at Miami are 13 laps in length.

The Porsche 911 Cup (992.2) is the latest evolution of the classic Porsche Cup Car that will debut in 2026. It still features a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine that produces 520 horsepower. It has improved aerodynamics, Traction Control, and Anti-lock Braking System. Many of the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992.1) lovers are not happy about the change, but this is Porsche's latest Porsche Cup Car. TC and ABS can be turned off. Some may prefer TC and ABS off. If you own the current Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992.1) on iRacing you will receive the Porsche 911 Cup (992.2) at no cost.

The Miami International Autodrome located in Florida is a 3.363-mile, 19-turn temporary circuit that has been designed to run through parking lots around Hard Rock Stadium which is home of the NFL's Miami Dolphins. The track includes five configurations which are the Grand Prix, Marina Loop, MIA Loop, Extended MIA Loop, and Extended Marina Loop. Formula 1 is the main series that races at the Miami International Autodrome.
