Another vintage law firm mass tort commercial that involves dangerous drugs......

This time, it's one of EMC Advertising's well-known clients: Handler, Henning, and Rosenberg, focusing on the antidepressant Serzone, which was associated with liver-related injuries.

Serzone should have been recalled and pulled from the market worldwide after ravaging its patients with a close death sentence, but Bristol Myers Squibb (the manufacturer) refused to recall the drug.

The original Serzone was finally pulled from the market in June of 2004 (well, except generic versions) albeit quietly due to declining sales. However that was quickly overshadowed by the infamous September 30th worldwide recall of the arthritis drug Vioxx, followed by the April 2005 recall of Bextra.
