In this video we walk you through removing the factory rear door, removing the glass and internals, cutting extra metal off, and installing lexan to make some sweet lightweight racing doors. Factory rear door (not gutted, without door panel) weighs in at 52.4 pounds. We were able to remove 23.2 pounds making our race door weight 29.2 pounds!
