If your older top load Whirlpool(Kenmore and other brands) washing machine is not moving clothes (agitating) as much as it used to or not at all, you may be able to do a very quick fix by installing new agitator dogs. Agitator dogs are very inexpensive and very easy to get to and replace. While you're there, do a little cleanup of the parts that you remove.
