This is Chinese brand but has pretty satisfactory quality. The hi low beam gets stuck sometimes you just need to get a sweet point where it'll work fine. But these Chinese bulbs and assemblies are not accurate/precise in adjustment as stock bulbs or branded HID kits like Philips or osram! But for price you can definitely give it a try.
