In the video I am using digital zoom 2x and 4x, without it you couldn't have the view similar to the view delivered by the eyepiece, the phone camera shows the countryside much further if used without zoom.

Pros - waterproof, long eyerelief, bright, sharp, wide field of view, cheap, 10-year warranty, rubber armoring

Cons - focus knob not smooth, chromatic abberation, lack of 1/4" thread for tripods, odd appearance in my opinion

The pros and cons are typical for the higher price range than the cost of this monocular that's why I'm pleased with it.
