Geometry Dash 2022 Awards Nominees

I think I’ve said this several times for these Awards now, but damn, it's that time of year once again. Once again, there was an insane amount of great levels made in 2022, and the players, streamers, content creators, artists, and everyone else out there keep doing awesome stuff too. Selecting the nominees for each category is always a difficult task, but this time around we got help from the community in two separate forms. One was done around the start of June, while the other was done at the end of November. We will probably do the same thing moving forward. There’s always some recency bias in these forms, so it’s nice to have one form for the first half of the year, in addition to the one in November, to make sure we don’t forget any bangers from the start of the year. We’ve followed your suggestions very closely, so they should be representative of the majority of the community’s opinions. If you didn’t suggest anything but wanted to, make sure you stay updated in the appropriate platforms next year.

Special thanks to the committee for helping out choosing a limited amount of nominees per category, and of course to th31 for always delivering with editing. These Awards are entirely for the community, so I want the Results to be as representative of the community’s opinions at large as possible. I acknowledge that it does end up being a bit of a popularity contest, but I think I’d rather have it be as inclusive and open as possible, like it is now. Aside from that, the committee chose 4 to 6 nominees per category based on the results from the suggestion forms.
